Although I try to keep a good balance in most areas

of my life, I find sometimes it is difficult to maintain

that balance.

Often things happen that are out of my control and then

I just have to adapt and move forward.

Just waking up this morning and seeing the sunshine really
does make me feel good.

Although I may not have a lot of energy myself at the moment

it does not stop me appreciating the energy of nature, especially

at this time of year.

The birds are nesting, the plants are growing and life moves on.

The only down side to this is the grass needs cutting in the

garden but then you can't have everything!!!!

Sometimes it seems like God is difficult to find and impossibly far away.

We get so caught up in our small daily duties and

irritations that they become the only things that we can focus on.

What we forget is that God's love and beauty are all around us,

every day, if only we would take the time to look up and see them.

This certainly applies today because today is

Colin's birthday and we have had a pleasant

day. I like to think that we always make the most

of our days. Being pleasant and happy really

is a way to live, why be miserable and unhappy

when life has so much to offer.

I have lived in many different houses

but can honestly say that once I have moved out and moved on

I have not missed the bricks and mortar of those houses.
It is the community and the friendships that I have made

whilst living in those houses I miss the most.
However, each time I have moved it has been with the people

I love and we always have and always will

build our dreams together!
