Because October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM)I have decided to make my first week's photos along the lines of ‘Think Pink.’
The purpose of of BCAM is to raise awareness of breast cancer, encourage women to be breast aware and is a crucial fundraising opportunity for charities, such as Breast Cancer Campaign. The money the Campaign generates during the month funds innovative, world-class breast cancer research throughout the UK.

I cherish the momory of a very special Aunt who after a long battle died of Breast Cancer in 1961. Luckily through research and much more breast awareness, the detection and treatment is much better and more successful today than then.
